Last segment definition & has been released and cannot be changed

What causes this issue?

A released segment definition cannot be modified. The release must be
reset before the modification can take place.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

For the release and the reset of the release, you require activity 43
in object S_IDOCDEFT as authorization.
