Time zone does not exist

What causes this issue?

The time zone you attempted to enter in the utility installation is not
contained in the time zone table (TTZZ).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Make a different entry or enhance the definition of the time zones.
