Segment definition & is from the current Release

What causes this issue?

The system tried to delete segment definition &v1&, which belongs to
the current release.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please check whether this segment definition should be deleted. After
this segment definition has been deleted, the previous version will be
used as a template during processing, as long as another release has
not been defined explicitly in the partner profiles.
