Could not send IDoc immediately

What causes this issue?

You want to use qRFC to dispatch the IDoc immediately.
This was not possible, because the outbound IDoc queue contains IDocs
that need to be dispatched first.
The first IDoc in the queue was &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the current status and start the outbound IDoc queue manually, if
necessary.
