What causes this issue?

The partner profile for partner number &v3&, partner type &v2& could
not be locked.
It is currently being edited by &v1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Contact &v1& so that the partner profile can be released again.
