Group name & in table & is specified twice

What causes this issue?

In table/structure &V2& you are working with named includes. At least
two of the named includes have the same group names. These names must
be unique.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the group names so that none is used more than once.
