Attribute could not be copied

What causes this issue?

You tried to transfer a value to the proposal for one of the attributes
"length" or "decimal places". However, the value does not match the
other attributes. The attempt to adjust the other attributes also
failed.

System Response

The attribute is not changed in the proposal.

How to fix this error?

First transfer another attribute, if necessary, to the proposal (for
example, the data type).
