What causes this issue?
In Release 4.0, the special character '/' is only allowed in names for
the namespace prefix. A field name may contain either 0 or 2 '/'. In the
latter case the first character must be '/'.
How to fix this error?
Remove or add the special character '/', as described above, or use it
only where it is permitted.
