Activation caused by table &

What causes this issue?

The table is dependent on the specified table. Therefore it is also
activated each time this table is activated.
The last table activation was triggered by activation of the specified
table.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
