Microsoft XML Parser is not available

What causes this issue?

Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) version 3.0 or higher is not installed
on your computer. For this reason you cannot carry out the <LS>Export to
Microsoft Project</> and <LS>Import from Microsoft Project</> functions.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator or install the current version of the
parser yourself. You can find up-to-date
installation files to download at www.microsoft.com.
