Mass activation not yet complete!

What causes this issue?

An attempt was made to activate a single object, although mass
activation is in progress in the system.

System Response

The transaction is cancelled. The system status remains consistent.

How to fix this error?

The individual activation can take place as soon as the mass activation
run is complete.
