Transport tools 'tp' and 'R3trans' need to be updated

What causes this issue?

To distribute CTS plug-ins, special functions of the transport tools
'tp' and 'R3trans' are required. The system has found that the functions
of the 'tp' and 'R3trans' versions that are currently available in the
managed system are not sufficient to distribute CTS plug-ins.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In the managed system, update 'tp' and 'R3trans' to the latest version
available in SAP Service Marketplace. To do this, proceed as described
in SAP Note 19466.
