What causes this issue?

There is no active organizational management scenario in the Customizing
for <ZK>Organizational Management Buffer Setting</>.

System Response

The shared memory object build for the organizational management buffer
will terminate.

How to fix this error?

Activate at least one scenario in Customizing for <LS>Service</> under
<LS>Master Data -> Organizational Management -> Tools</>.
You can also access the Customizing activity using transaction <AB>SM30
</>, view <AB>CRMV_ORG_BUFFER</>.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
