Enter a service organization

What causes this issue?

The service organization is missing. There are different causes possible
for this:
If organizational units are entered manually: You have not entered a
service organization.
If organizational data is determined automatically: The system could not
determine organizational units, including the service organization.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter a service organization in the appropriate field.
For automatic determination of organizational data:
Check the organizational model: Have the service organizations been
selected? Have the attributes relevant for determination been assigned?
Check the settings for organizational data determination in Customizing
for <LS>Service</> under <LS>Master Data</> -> <LS>Organizational
Management</> -> <LS>Organizational Data Determination</> -> <LS>Change
Rules and Profiles</>. Check the determination rules and the
organizational data profile.
