Description for assigned cProject could not be retrieved

What causes this issue?

The system could not determine the ID and description for the assigned
cProject.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The following reasons are possible:
The assigned cProject has been deleted in cProjects.
The assigned cProjects installation has changed; the previously assigned
cProject is available in a different cProjects installation.
The proper rfc authorization to retrieve the ID and description is not
available.
Possible options:
Delete the assigned cProject in case it was deleted in cProjects.
Keep the assigned cProject in case of a temporary issue.
Contact Your system administrator.

The GUID of the assigned cProject is &V1&.
