Availability check: Error in ATP application itself

What causes this issue?

The ATP System determined an error, for example, the location could not
be identified, and the ATP check could not be performed.

System Response

The document is locked from subsequent processing and the ATP check must
be triggered again after the error is corrected.

How to fix this error?

Correct the error.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
