What causes this issue?

The system cannot release the shop floor routing as the data required
for external processing is not complete.

System Response

The system issues an error during the consistency check before releasing
the shop floor routing.

How to fix this error?

Complete the data required for external processing. The external
processing data is correct if either:
The purchasing info record and purchasing organization are defined.
The outline agreement and purchasing organization are defined.
The supplier, material group, and planned delivery time are defined.
The sort string, material group, and planned delivery time are defined.
This data is maintained in the details workspace in the <ZK>External
Processing</> tab of the <ZK>General</> tab. Click this error message to
navigate to this tab to complete the external processing data. And then
you can release the routing.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
