No valid task list for material & plant & for sel.criteria

What causes this issue?

During routing selection in an order, such as a production order,
the system could not determine a routing which corresponds to the
following selection criteria:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Plant
Lot size
Status
Key date
Usage
Planner group
Vendor (inspection lot processing during inspection lot creation)
Customer (inspection lot processing during inspection lot creation)
