Routing &1 cannot be transferred to an MES

What causes this issue?

The routing &V1& contains operations with the control key &V2&, for
which milestone confirmation is allowed or for which confirmation is
prohibited.
However, in the case of integration with an MES, manual confirmation
must be possible with regard to every operation.

System Response

The system terminates the distribution of the planned order to the MES.

How to fix this error?

If necessary, choose a different control key for the relevant operations
of the routing.
