Batch determination for & without selection data

What causes this issue?

No data could be calculated in the following order:
In the current order the component was not classified manually.
In the individual customer BOM the component was not classified.
In the customer order not batch selection has been entered manually or
no strategy for the customer/material exists etc.
The component was not classified in the BOM.
No strategy exists (material component) for the component.
No variant characteristics exist in the customer order.

System Response

No batches were displayed.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the classification before carrying out batch determination in
the production order or in the master data or in batch determination.
