What causes this issue?

No list was found that is meant for printing both by user control
(access key &V1&) and by transaction control
(access key &V2&).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If printing is to be made possible you have to correct settings in
print control correspondingly.
