Bulk material and backflushing are mutually exclusive

What causes this issue?

<GL:bulk_material>Bulk material</> is stored at the work center,
which means that it cannot be issued from stock.

How to fix this error?

Set either the 'bulk material' indicator or the 'backflushing
indicator'.
