Field &1 on sheet/table &2 cannot be initial

What causes this issue?

You transferred a value in field Notes Address, Notes Telephone, Notes
Mobile, Notes Fax, Notes Email or Notes URI provided on sheet/staging
table &V2&, but the corresponding field &V1& is initial.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete the values from the Notes fields or fill the field &V1& at
sheet/staging table &V2&.
