What causes this issue?

You try to migrate a sales price condition for a condition key that is
not supported by this object.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please double check the list of allowed key combinations for this
object. Details can be found in the object documentation. This object is
meant to handle only the combinations for Sales (Application V)
mentioned in the attachment of the object documentation.
If you cannot solve the issue with this object, please use the general
migration object for conditions "Pricing condition (general)" which is
able to handle all possible key combinations mentioned in SAP note
