&1 - &2: Not authorized to count the entries in logging table &3

What causes this issue?

It was not possible to determine the number of entries in the logging
table as the user which executed the check is not authorized to do so.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In transaction SE37, you can identify the user which normally executes
the health check by searching for the job /1LT/IUC_HEALTH_C. Ensure that
this user has the role SAP_IUUC_REPL_ADMIN.
In addition, if the source system is connected by means of an RFC
connection, ensure that the user for this RFC connection has the role
SAP_IUUC_REPL_REMOTE assigned to them.
