Job-SUBMIT: & SUBMIT not possible

What causes this issue?

The background job is meant to be supplied with data, but not entry was
found under the job name.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Probably the job could not even be opened.
Check the <LS>Define Job</> function to find out why it is not possible
to create a job. To call this function, choose <LS>Utilities ->
Administration -> Jobs -> Job Definition</>.
