What causes this issue?
For package No. &1, which is to be started, no structure was found. The
reason may be that during the blending process the IMG indicator was
not set or that the IMG structure has been deleted.
Another reason could be that the active package has been changed.
How to fix this error?
By using program CNV_00001_IMG_GENERATE, you can create a new IMG for
an existing package.
