What causes this issue?

Troubleshooting activity '&V1&' can not be started because one of
following situation occurred :
standard generation is not started yet
execution of standard generator is fished succesfully
troubleshooting activity '&V2&' was previously started

System Response

Process will be cancelled.

How to fix this error?

If you want to create a new program additionally for a given table, use
the troubleshoting activity '&V2&' .
