Message text: RFC desintation SAPHTTP inaccessible: &1&2&3&4

What causes this issue?

The RFC destination SAPHTTP is inaccessible.
&v1&&v2&&v3&&v4&
SAPHTTP is usually used to transport documents between the HTTP content
server and the front end.

System Response

Instead, documents are transported using the application server and the
GUI for the duration of this session.

How to fix this error?

This error can occur after a long waiting time. The user parameter
SAPHTTP_CHECK_TO can be used to set a timeout in seconds for when the
destination SAPHTTP is being checked. If this parameter is set, the
destination SAPHTTP is checked asynchronously in a separate session. If
the system cannot open a separate session, the check is carried out
synchronously. Note that, if the check is successful, synchronous
checking is much faster. For this reason, the parameter should only be
used if this problem occurs regularly.
