What causes this issue?

Errors occurred during the connection test to the Knowledge Provider
Web Server.

System Response

The appropriate error message is output; for example, the time limit
was exceeded for a serverInfo request to a particular Web server.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
