SAP ArchiveLink only allows 2-character keys

What causes this issue?

When adding an entry, you specified a key that is more than 2
characters long.
SAP ArchiveLink does not support key that are more than 2 characters
long.

System Response

The content repository cannot be used by SAP ArchiveLink.

How to fix this error?

If you want SAP ArchiveLink to use the content repository, specify a
different key or remove the entry using <LB>cancel</>.
