What causes this issue?

The relevant composition of the input composition group contains value
ranges. For one or more components of that composition the lower or
upper limit is not equal to the actual value.

System Response

The system uses the actual value and ignores the lower and upper limit.
If there is no actual value or the actual value is set to 0, the system
uses the upper limit for migration.

How to fix this error?

Check the composition.
