What causes this issue?

An item requires a percentage value in one of the following cases:
If a supplier provides a family declaration with articles that has
different product weights. In this case, the supplier uses the UOM
<LS>EACH.</>
If a supplier provides a family declaration with bulks that has
different specific weights. In this case, the supplier uses the UOM
different to <LS>EACH.</>

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
