SWU3: Maintain prefix numbers

What causes this issue?

No prefix for objects of the workflow system is specified.
Objects of the workflow system are identified with eight-digit numbers.
The first three digits of this number identify the system / client where
the objects have been created. This prefix has to be specified.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Execute transaction <ZK>Automatic Workflow Customizing</> (SWU3) and
perform the automatic workflow Customizing by selecting the node
<ZK>Maintain Definition Environment</> and pressing the F9 key or the
respective button in the toolbar.
You can also perform the step <ZK>Maintain Prefix Numbers</> separately.
<ZH>Note</>: You only have to perform the steps under the node
<ZK>Maintain Definition Environment</> if you want to create your own
workflow templates or create copies of existing ones.
