What causes this issue?

You want to perform multi-level price determination in valuation area
&v3& for period &v1& in fiscal year &v2&. However, you can only perform
multi-level price determination the previous period or in the current
period.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
