Costing for stock transfer of a configurable material is not possible

What causes this issue?

Material &V1& in plant &V2& is to be transferred out of plant &V3&. It
is not possible to cost a stock transfer of a
<DS:GLOS.3526BEB6AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>configurable material</>.
Only when the material in the manufacturer plant is a preconfigured
material can the stock transfer be costed.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the material in manufacturer plant &V3& can be
preconfigured, or replace the special procurement key for stock
transfer with a special procurement key for production in another
plant.
