Standard cost estimate is incorrect. Marking not possible

What causes this issue?

The following was established in &v4&:
You want to mark a standard cost estimate for material &v1& plant &v2&
for the future posting period &v3&. This cost estimate has costing
status 'KF' (=with errors).

System Response

Standard cost estimates with errors cannot be marked.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Cost material &v1& plant &v2& again.
