No. of co-products differs from no. of items in apportionment structure

What causes this issue?

An <DS:GLOS.apportionment_structure>apportionment structure</> that has
&V2& settlement receivers was used for the &V1& co-products. It was not
possible to apportion the costs to all the co-products.

System Response

The costs are apportioned to the &V2& co-products.
