What causes this issue?

The system could not find a routing for material &V1& in plant &V2&.

System Response

Alternative routing selection could not be carried out. The material
will be costed without the routing.

How to fix this error?

Create a routing for material &V1&, or assign an existing routing to
material &V1&.
