Cost component structure & is not active

What causes this issue?

You are costing with <DS:GLOS.cost_component_structure>cost component
structure</> &V1&. This cost component structure is not active.

System Response

The costing results can be saved for analysis together with the log.
The cost estimate receives the status <LS>costed with errors</> and
cannot be <DS:GLOS.release>released</>.

How to fix this error?

If you want to release the cost estimate, you must use an active cost
component structure, or activate cost component structure &v1&.
