What causes this issue?

Entries for the control parameters of the CAD interface do not yet
exist in the database. The values displayed below are default values.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use the default values, you still need to save.
