No availability check for components with final posting indicator

What causes this issue?

If a final issue has been posted for a material component, its
availability can no longer be checked.

How to fix this error?

If you want to check the availability of a material component for which
a final issue has been posted, you have to take out the indicator
'Final issue' on the general view of the component.
