What causes this issue?

The process instruction you are maintaining is a repeated data request.
For repeated data requests, you must define a short text to be
displayed above the corresponding table column for each input and
output value. However, you have not entered a text for all values.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Define a text for all input and output fields in the process order at
the latest.
