Dependency type &1 is not valid for dependency &2

What causes this issue?

For the routing objects sequence, operation, suboperation and
production resource/tool only the following dependencies types are
allowed:
3 - Action
5 - Selection condition
7 - Procedure

How to fix this error?

Correct the KNSRT input parameter to <LB>3</>, <LB>5</> oder <LB>7</>.
