No system-specific user classification in a CUA child system

What causes this issue?

The BAPI function module BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL was called
with the tables parameter UCLASSSYS in a child system of a central
user administration (CUA).
You can use this parameter to query system-specific user classification
from the central system of a CUA.

System Response

The parameter UCLASSSYS is only filled with data for the local system.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
