Check the classification of &1 users with SSCR key

What causes this issue?

SSCR stands for SAP Software Change Registration. Every user must have
an SSCR key to change objects in the development environment. You
request a key from SAP on SAPNet.
The measurement program found &V1& users who have an SSCR key in the
system but who are not classified as:
Development Workbench users (SW component price list)
mySAP.com users in category I or II (mySAP.com Solution Suite price
list)
mySAP CRM Professional users (mySAP.com Individual Solutions price
list)
mySAP SCM Professional users (mySAP.com Individual Solutions price
list)
mySAP E-Proc. Professional uers (mySAP.com Individual Solutions price
list)
mySAP PLM Professional users (mySAP.com Individual Solutions price
list) mySAP HR Professional users (mySAP.com Individual Solutions price
list)
mySAP Financials Professional useres (mySAP.com Individual Solutions

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The system outputs the number of users with SSCR keys in the
measurement statistics and in the report according to user type. If you
send the measurement results to SAP on SAPNet, this information will be
sent as well.

How to fix this error?

Verify that the users are classified correctly.
To search for users with SSCR keys and change their classifications,
use the system measurement transaction USMM (choose <LS>User
Classification").
To enter measurement-relevant data when you create new users in the
user maintenance transaction (SU01), choose <LS>License Data</>.
