HTML client for NWBC can't be launched, use fallback if required.

What causes this issue?

To provide Logout functionality, the NWBC HTML client is used by
default. However, this functionality doesn't seem to be available in
this system.

How to fix this error?

Fallback to plain browser is possible by setting a parameter in
CNV_SEC_PARAMS via table maitenance SM30.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
