There is no TADIR entry for texts in package &1 in original system &2

What causes this issue?

There is one TADIR entry for OTR texts in a package:
R3TR SOTR <Package name> for short texts
R3TR SOTS <Package name> for long texts
The TADIR entry is created when the first text in a package is created.
If no TADIR entry exists in any system, the entry firstly has to be
created in the original system (of the package).
There is still no TADIR entry, even in the original system, for the
texts in the current package.

System Response

The function is canceled.

How to fix this error?

First, create a TADIR entry for the texts in the original system, for
example, by creating any text for the current package.
You can then create TADIR entries in non-original systems as well.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
