What causes this issue?

Your job has been passed to the background processing system for
execution.
The job will be run as soon as these two conditions are met:
The job is released to run. The job has already been released
automatically for you, if you have the required authorization
(<LS>Background Processing Operations<LS> authorization object).

Otherwise, the job must be released by a background processing
administrator before it can run.
The start conditions that you have specified are met. For example, the
start date and time of the job are reached.

System Response

Job accepted for background processing.

How to fix this error?

No action necessary.
