Status of the HU is not 'Inspected' or 'Not inspected'

What causes this issue?

You can set or reset the status <ZH>visually inspected</> only when the
HU status is <ZH>visually inspected</> or <ZH>implemented</>.

The system cannot set the status.

Check the status of the handling unit.
